The federal state border of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg going straight through our Hotel and Restaurant has always been somewhat special. It has hardly ever been more apparent than today, where different laws and regulations regarding Covid-19 are in place all over the country.
Please find the latest informations regarding our Hotel and Restaurants listed below for the safety of our guests and staff. These follow the Bavarian infection protection measures, which count in the entire house.
mandatory FFP2 mask-wearing
The wearing of FFP2 face masks covering mouth and nose is obligatory everywhere inside the building except in your hotel room or when seated in the restaurant. Please note that cloth face masks or surgical masks cannot be accepted. Individually sealed FFP2 face masks may be purchased at our reception desk or at the restaurant entrance.
Hotel and Restaurants
Guests in our hotel or restaurant must show proof of being either fully vaccinated, recovered from a Covid-19 infection or show a recent, certified, negative test document (PoC-Antigen-test no longer than 24 hours ago, PCR-test no longer than 48 Hours ago). Further test certificates are no longer needed. Recovery certificates are valid between 28 days and 3 months after a certified positive PCR-test. Please have a legitimate proof document of your immune status (digital or on paper) ready for display when entering, as well a corresponding photo ID.
Free tests are available at the public test station in the Burger King car park behind the hotel.
Hotel room bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 6 pm on arrival day.
Breakfast
Please note that FFP2 face masks must also be worn at our breakfast buffet when not seated.
You are welcome to call in your order and enjoy your breakfast on your room.
Spa
Our Spa, including the sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool, is open and free to use for all hotel guests. Face masks can be taken of in the spa area. Please keep socially distanced (min 1.5m) to other guests in our spa and swimming pool area.
Private events or public and corporate events
Guests in our event rooms must show proof of being either fully vaccinated or recovered from a Covid-19 infection. Further test certificates are no longer needed. Also access with only a test certificate and no proof of being fully vaccinated or recovered cannot be granted. Recovery certificates are valid between 28 days and 3 months after a certified positive PCR-test. Please have a legitimate proof document of your immune status (digital or on paper) ready for display when entering, as well a corresponding photo ID.
Exceptions
- Customers that cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons have access to the hotel and restaurants. This needs to be certified with a legitimate, original medical report, containing the issuer, the person’s name and date of birth and must be verified with a photo ID. A valid certificate of a negative Covid-19 test, not longer than 24 hours ago (48 hours for PCR tests) must be presented.
- Guests can check into the hotel if not vaccinated or recovered for credible, unpostponable reasons (private or work related) if showing a valid certificate of a negative Covid-19 test, not longer than 24 hours ago (48 hours for PCR tests). Access to the spa cannot be granted in that case.
- Children under the age of 6.
- Pupils between the age of 6 and 17 that get regularly tested at school.
